Job Responsibilities In this role, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand. Profile To be successful in this role you should have experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus. You must be extremely organized, loves problem-solving, is detail oriented and approaches all issues proactively. Luxury retail experience is preferred. Essential duties and responsibilities of an Operations Associate include: Inventory Management Client Services Store Facility and Systems Policies and Procedures Client Care The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $24 - $27 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: various paid time off programs, two retirement plans both with employer contributions, and employee discount/perks.
