We are looking for dependable individuals who possess a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a high-energy warehouse setting. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and remaining on their feet for the duration of their shift to ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision. While previous experience in order picking or general warehouse operations is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role. Core Responsibilities Interpreting instructions from digital scanners or printed order forms Navigating the warehouse floor to find specific inventory items Ensuring the exact number of products is selected for each request Verifying product codes to maintain high inventory accuracy Organizing selected merchandise onto pallets, totes, or carts Readying completed orders for the final shipping or packing stage Utilizing equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Required Qualifications Maintain a high level of precision to ensure error‑free order fulfillment Follow written and verbal directives with ease Perform basic arithmetic and counting tasks accurately Demonstrate consistent reliability and maintain a strong attendance record Support team efficiency by remaining physically active throughout the shift Manage your time effectively to meet daily productivity targets Utilize RF scanning technology to streamline warehouse workflows Strong verbal and written communication abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
