Warehouse Manager (No Relocation)

Locations: Based in Buda with delivery routes in San Antonio and Austin, TX Metro Areas

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assign delivery orders.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory flow.
• Oversee fleet readiness and vehicle compliance.
• Coordinate delivery technicians and warehouse staff.
• Maintain accreditation and certification readiness.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, safety, and infection control compliance.
• Support inventory control and cycle count programs.
• Serve as an operational backup for the delivery team by completing deliveries when drivers are unavailable due to illness, staffing shortages, route overcapacity, emergency orders, same-day hospital discharges, or other operational needs that require immediate response to maintain patient service levels.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: Essential for operating our delivery vehicles safely.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting and maneuvering up to 75 lbs alone , and more with assistance when assembling or delivering larger items.
• Previous Experience Preferred: Delivery driver, warehouse associate, or product assembly (DME or healthcare experience a plus).
• Legally Authorized to Work in the United States: Must meet all employment eligibility requirements.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients.
• Communication : Spanish language skills are a plus and appreciated in supporting our diverse patient community

No Relocation

• Currently, positions are based from our Buda, TX warehouse and cover routes in San Antonio and Austin, Texas. No relocation assistance is provided.
