We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead and support strategic hiring initiatives for Director- and Vice President-level positions across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who can operate as a trusted Talent Advisor to senior leaders , develop sophisticated sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality executive talent for critical business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director- and VP-level positions from initial sourcing through offer and placement.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior executives to understand business priorities and develop targeted candidate profiles.
• Build and execute executive-level sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and highly specialized positions.
• Develop strong, diverse talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and internal and external talent networks.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the strongest leadership talent.
• Present qualified candidates and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process, including relocation coordination when applicable.
• Serve as a trusted Talent Advisor to executive stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, candidates, and recruiting partners.
• Stay informed on compensation trends, benefits, employment practices, and HR policies to support effective hiring decisions.
• Mentor and support other recruiters by sharing sourcing strategies, recruiting campaigns, and talent attraction best practices.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies, process improvements, and recruiting best practices .
• Support recruiting initiatives and projects that improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and overall talent outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience in a corporate HR or staffing environment.
• Proven experience recruiting Director- and Vice President-level candidates .
• Strong background developing and executing executive recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a Talent Advisor to executive-level hiring managers and stakeholders .
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect recruiting strategies to organizational objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday ATS .
• Corporate recruiting experience within a large or enterprise-level organization.
• Experience within the healthcare or insurance industry .
• Executive search or retained search experience.
• SPHR certification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies that generate diverse and highly qualified candidate slates .
• Experience mentoring recruiters or supporting recruiting teams and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and executives throughout the hiring process.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, as well as HR systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel as needed.
