HR Assistant
Location: Las Vegas Nevada 89119 Duration: 3 months Start Time: 08:00 AM End Time: 05:00 PM
Description:
- Temporary employee needed ASAP to support the administrative tasks for the PE (people empowerment/HR) Operations team.
- This person will be assisting with the day to day operations of the PE (HR) operations team and ensure all SLA's are met.
- Temp employee will also support various tasks in the workflow and work procedures.
- Will also maintain strict and utmost confidentiality of employee information and personal data.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- HRIS experience and knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Exceptional customer service and focus
- Regular, reliable, and predictable performance required
- Highly organized and process oriented
- Ability to produce high quality work with attention to detail
- Ability to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines and targets
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Workday experience is a plus!
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
