EM Alliance is recruiting a Program Director to lead a new community-based Emergency Medicine residency program at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center , located on Florida’s Gulf Coast. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape a residency program from the ground up, including leadership of the ACGME application process , with a targeted July 2027 program start . This role is ideal for a passionate clinician-educator who is excited to build a high-quality training environment, mentor future emergency physicians, and make a meaningful impact in a growing Florida community.
