If you enjoy variety and want to put your diagnostic and repair skills to work without limiting yourself to a single product line, this company offers the right fit for you.What You'll DoPerform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical concerns on used vehiclesPerform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, and drivability repairsPrepare used vehicles for sale while maintaining expectations for safety, reliability, and qualityUse diagnostic equipment and dealership systems to troubleshoot vehicle concernsComplete repairs while maintaining productivity and quality standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat You'll Bring3+ years of automotive dealership experienceHands-on experience diagnosing and repairing vehiclesComfortable working on multiple make and modelsSolid electrical and diagnostic expertiseWe prefer ASE Certifications.Comfortable managing a busy workload while meeting quality and time expectations.Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and dealership computer systemsAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $31.00 - $45.00.This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
