Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting strategic initiatives within the Pricing & Finance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager Location: Irving, TX What's the Job? Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Apply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs and stakeholder expectations. Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, RAID logs, and value realization plans. Manage financial forecasting, tracking, and reporting to ensure project budgets are maintained and transparent. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, technology, finance, and AI to support strategic initiatives and modernization efforts. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of progressive project management experience in technology or enterprise delivery environments. Proficiency in managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Hands‑on experience with Planview or similar project management tools for schedules, forecasts, and RAID logs. Strong financial management, forecasting, and risk mitigation skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with experience managing cross‑functional teams. What's in it for me?
