Assistant Director - Advancement and Alumni Engagement

Overview Fisher College, a private, not-for-profit institution located in the historic Back Bay district in Boston, seeks an on-campus Assistant Director of Advancement & Alumni Engagement. This full-time, day-shift position is based at the Boston Campus. The Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement invites qualified candidates to apply for this role, which supports alumni engagement, participation, and philanthropy across Fisher College’s main campus in Boston and the broader alumni community. The Assistant Director leads planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of alumni engagement initiatives and events, and supports advancement efforts that strengthen relationships with alumni, donors, friends, and prospective supporters. The role partners with Marketing and Communications to oversee alumni engagement communications, including social media and electronic communications, and collaborates with Career Services and academic leadership to cultivate alumni networking, mentoring, and volunteer opportunities. This position serves as a primary liaison to alumni chapters, advisory groups, and regional networks to expand engagement domestically and internationally. It also manages alumni engagement tracking and reporting to support a growing pipeline of volunteers, advocates, and donors. The successful candidate will work with the Director of Advancement & Alumni Engagement and campus partners to expand meaningful pathways for alumni and donor engagement while representing Fisher College with strong relationship management. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fisher College
