Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team in Austin. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing comprehensive patent litigation solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications, software, and manufacturing. Duties Engage in patent litigation cases, both offensively and defensively. Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for complex litigation matters. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to patent disputes. Participate in court proceedings and negotiations. Requirements 2 - 7 years of patent litigation experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Excellent academic credentials. Education Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
