About the Role WowNow is looking for a proactive and highly social Partnership Marketing Specialist to help expand our network of IP, brand, entertainment, and creator partnerships in North America. This role is highly relationship-driven and execution-focused. You will spend the majority of your time identifying relevant IP and partnership opportunities, finding the right contacts, conducting outreach, building relationships, and moving conversations forward. You will also support creator and influencer collaborations that help generate brand awareness, social content, and product discovery. This is a great role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, discovering opportunities, sending the first message, and turning cold outreach into real partnerships. What You’ll Do IP & Brand Partnerships Research and identify potential IP, entertainment, gaming, anime, sports, music, and brand partnership opportunities. Identify key decision‑makers and conduct proactive outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, and other channels. Build relationships with IP owners, licensing agencies, brands, entertainment companies, and other potential partners. Manage the partnership pipeline from initial outreach through meetings, follow‑ups, proposals, and next steps. Support partnership concepts, proposals, product ideas, and activation opportunities in collaboration with Marketing, Design, and Product teams. Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to develop new partnership leads. Creator & Influencer Partnerships Identify and reach out to creators and influencers for product seeding, paid collaborations, events, and campaigns. Evaluate creators based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, and brand alignment. Coordinate communication, product/sample delivery, briefs, deliverables, and follow‑ups. Build and maintain an ongoing creator network and identify opportunities for repeat or long‑term collaborations. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, influencer/creator marketing, licensing, or related fields. Outgoing and confident with cold outreach, networking, and relationship building. Strong communication and follow‑up skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnership conversations at once. Resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities, finding the right contacts, and moving conversations forward. Strong understanding of U.S. consumer culture, social media, entertainment, and pop culture trends. Interest or experience in gaming, anime, sports, music, collectibles, or entertainment is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.
