Job Description: Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year . Job Description: Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year . - Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
- Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
- Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
- Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors
- We partner with premier school districts Valley-wide. Placements are available based on your preference and proximity to home, including:
- West Valley (Glendale, Avondale, Peoria)
- North/Deer Valley (North Phoenix)
- Paradise Valley (Northeast Phoenix, North Scottsdale Border)
- Central Phoenix (Midtown, Downtown)
- Transparent and competitive weekly pay:
- $19-$21/hr based on experience
- Hands-on support with credentialing, onboarding, and case transitions
- A dedicated team that advocates for your success-not just your placement
- Flexibility to explore new settings
- Associate's Degree or 60+ cumulative college level courses
- If you do not meet our education requirement, we will support you with obtaining necessary certifications
- Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
- Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required)
- Inclination to work well in a team environment
- Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
