We’re looking for individuals who are:

This position is ideal for applicants seeking a long-term career and who are available to work at least 30 hours per week, with many opportunities to work 40+ hours per week. If you’re simply looking for an occasional part-time job, this position probably isn’t the right fit.

Responsibilities As part of our paid training program, you will learn to: ● Successfully complete our CDL School Bus Driver Training Program ● Obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements ● Safely transport students to and from school and educational programs ● Learn assigned routes, schedules, and student pickup/drop-off procedures ● Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ● Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment on the bus ● Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, dispatchers, and fellow team members ● Complete required transportation documentation accurately ● Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations Weekly Classroom & Field Training is Mandatory

Minimum Qualifications ● Must be 21 years of age or older ● Valid New Jersey Driver’s License ● Clean driving record ● Ability to pass: ● Criminal background investigation ● Drug screening ● DOT physical examination ● Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review ● Strong attendance and punctuality ● Excellent communication skills ● Ability to remain calm under pressure ● Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and student care

Previous experience working with children, education, healthcare, transportation, customer service, or caregiving is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate.
