Ignite Communication in the Thriving Heart of Texas – Become a Speech Language Pathologist with Us
Imagine a career that empowers individuals to communicate their heart's desires — literally. As a Speech Language Pathologist nestled in the vibrant city of Dallas, your role will transcend mere therapy for communication and swallowing disorders. You will unlock hidden potential, nurture self-esteem, and foster deep connections among people, whether it's a youngster grasping their first words or an elder striving for renewed independence.
This unique opportunity allows you to work with a broad spectrum of clients across various age groups in a setting that intricately combines outpatient therapy with the occasional inpatient support. Whether your passion lies in pediatric language acquisition, adult neurogenic communication challenges, or geriatric cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation, you will discover a rewarding and flexible career here.
Conduct evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations utilizing standardized assessments and observational skills.
Craft personalized treatment plans that effectively address both immediate and long-lasting needs related to communication, cognition, or swallowing.
Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy interventions aimed at language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.
Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to create integrated care strategies.
Educate patients and their families, empowering them to continue progress beyond clinical sessions.
Assist with periodic inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, guaranteeing continuity of care as patients embark on their healing journeys.
Maintain diligent and timely documentation that aligns with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
Stay abreast of advancements in the field through continued education and collaboration with peers.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needed within 30 days of starting employment.
Mastery of evidence-based treatment approaches suitable for all ages, coupled with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, fostering rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Ability to adjust therapy techniques to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Sharp clinical judgment paired with innovative problem-solving skills.
Adeptness in utilizing electronic medical records alongside documentation protocols.
Competitive salary reflective of experience.
Flexible scheduling options promoting work-life harmony and diverse caseloads.
Opportunities for specialization in pediatrics, adult neuro rehab, or geriatrics.
Generous paid time off (PTO) alongside holiday compensation.
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
Support for continuing education and professional development.
A collaborative, team-oriented workplace that prioritizes quality care and lifelong learning.
A Career That Moves at Your Pace — and Moves You
In this role, you will not merely provide speech therapy; you will become part of a mission-powered community dedicated to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and generating beautiful moments from the essence of human interaction: understanding and empathy.
You'll collaborate with clinicians who treat one another like family, in an environment championing collaboration over rivalry. Each patient carries a narrative that awaits your skilled input.

Whichever path has led you here, if you are prepared to serve with compassion and lead with expertise, we are excited to welcome you aboard.
Let's Discover the Right Words Together
If you understand that speech goes beyond mere sounds and that therapy transcends tasks — if building rapport precedes tackling goals, while laughter enhances language — this may be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
