Responsibilities
- Lead global launch readiness and market integration with cross-functional partners including medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Develop and evolve global integrated launch strategy translating brand strategy into coordinated global launch plan
- Drive global market engagement and establish processes connecting global, US, and ICO teams to resolve execution issues
- Establish and track launch readiness KPIs with visibility dashboards and governance across all regional teams
- Lead global commercial budget planning and management aligned with launch and strategic priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience; 7+ years with master's degree
- Marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to influence peers and coach team members across functions
- Strong verbal and written communication for diverse audiences
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
Compensation: $176,600–$294,300 base; 20% bonus target; long-term incentive eligibility
