Stewarding Supervisor / Dishwashing Supervisor

Status: Full Time

Location: Salamander Middleburg Resort & Spa – Middleburg, VA

Hourly Rate: $24 per hour

Join our Forbes Triple Five-Star Resort and lead a stewarding team supporting award-winning culinary operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong dishwasher, kitchen utility, or steward looking to move into leadership.

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Stable, year-round employment

What You'll Do

• Supervise dishwashing and stewarding operations
• Assign daily cleaning schedules and duties
• Ensure kitchens and equipment meet sanitation standards
• Train and coach stewarding team members
• Maintain organization of kitchen equipment and storage areas
• Monitor inventory of china, glassware, and utensils
• Support efficiency of culinary operations
• Lead by example with hands-on support

What We Are Looking For

• Stewarding, dishwasher, or kitchen utility experience preferred
• Previous supervisor or team lead experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Push carts and equipment
• Frequent bending and lifting
