About the Position

This unit cares for patients undergoing solid organ transplants and related surgeries. Candidates should be passionate about providing care for complex surgical patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio varies, ensuring adequate support for patient care needs. Our team works closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes. You should be prepared to float to other like units as needed. Specialty training to care for this unique population is preferred.
