Mid Market Sales District Manager

Sales Representative, Major Accounts ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory. The role focuses on cultivating new business opportunities and driving strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50 to 999 employees. Responsibilities Sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives and accurately forecast the sales pipeline. Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting to implementation, ensuring successful go‑live of sold solutions. Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and business owners to capture new business. Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts, deepening relationships across the ADP family. Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards under pressure. A college degree is preferred but not required. Other acceptable experience includes: Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience. Three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales. Military experience, with recognition of the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities of Veterans. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
