You’ll expand your clinical expertise as you provide direct services to students across five dedicated classrooms in three school buildings, serving approximately 50 students on a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that leaves your evenings and weekends open for adventure.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Eligibility for Connecticut state licensure
• Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, especially with Autism Spectrum students, is highly valued
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in specialized Autism program classrooms
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress
• Contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt interventions as needed
