Healthcare Staffing Recruiter

WhiteCap is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Healthcare Staffing Recruiter to join our growing team. This high-impact role is ideal for someone passionate about connecting top healthcare talent with leading facilities, building strong candidate pipelines, and advancing their career within a collaborative, high-performance environment. You'll work closely with account managers and leadership to identify, attract, and place healthcare professionals across a variety of roles. This is a unique opportunity to manage the full recruitment cycle, support an established client base, and contribute to the success of a rapidly scaling healthcare staffing division.


Compensation : $40000 - $55000

Job Function:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for client assignments.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial outreach through placement.
• Partner with account managers to understand client needs and ensure successful matches.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to sustain active pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, and client-specific requirements.
• Support team success by contributing to process improvements and recruitment best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, licensing, and credentialing requirements is a plus.
