Position Details:

• Location: Mason City, Iowa
• Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP (Relocation assistance available)
• Experience Required: 2-3 years preferred, but new graduates will be considered

Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled audiologist to join our growing private practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional hearing healthcare, possess strong clinical skills, and have the ability to build rapport with patients while delivering expert counseling. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including impedance measures, tinnitus assessments, and OAEs
• Diagnose hearing disorders and provide personalized treatment plans
• Educate and counsel patients on hearing healthcare solutions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with industry standards

Qualifications or Job Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology (4th-year externs will be considered)
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Iowa
• CCC-A Certification from ASHA is a plus
• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
