Distribution ManagerManages distribution product for the branch. The distribution manager seeks new distribution services opportunities and cooperates with sales to turn new opportunities into profitable business.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Sales activities, Preparing Scope & RatesPreparation and implementation of the SOPCustomer retentionOperational, training and other activitiesProvide necessary information to accounting to produce monthly client P&LQualifications:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to define, develop and document business processes and proceduresEffective interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to customers and employees at all levels.Experience with MS Windows, MS Office ProductsAdditional Information:Paid Vacation, Holiday, Sick TimeHealth Plan: MedicalLife InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanTraining and Personnel Development ProgramGrowth opportunities within the companyEmployee Referral Program Bonus
