On-Site HR Manager - Distribution Center (5 Days/Week)

Shiseido Americas Distribution Center in Groveport, OH is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to act as full-service HR generalist and on-site representative for ~200 employees. Lead workforce planning, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management across three shifts with the HR Centers of Excellence. You will collaborate with site leaders and Payroll, Benefits, HRIS to deliver timely HR solutions, ensure compliant practices, and support Talent Acquisition for hourly roles and #J-18808-Ljbffr Shiseido Company, Limited
