About the Role:

RODI Systems Corp is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Aztec, NM. In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the supply chain that keeps our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to meet company procurement needs

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions

Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement requirements

Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations

Resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and vendor discrepancies

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management

Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills

Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or purchasing platforms

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to analyze bids, quotes, and contracts to identify best value

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
