Arbor Company
The Arbor Company is seeking a Lead Receptionist to be the face and voice of our community at the front desk and on the telephone. You will ensure that our 5-Star service standards are consistently followed by all staff and that the front desk is adequately staffed to handle inquiries and concerns from residents and families. You will answer calls with a friendly demeanor, oversee daily concierge operations, and help residents and visitors in a welcoming, helpful manner while coordinating with #J-18808-Ljbffr Arbor Company
