Front Office Supervisor Overview Our hotel is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to primarily supervise the front desk team and ensure smooth operations to generate excellent guest interaction and satisfaction scores. The Supervisor will respond to guests by providing professional and timely information and services, ensure that hotel charges are processed accurately, and verify invoices and bills. Responsibilities Always ensure excellent customer service. Supervise daily shift processing, ensuring all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures. Train employees to resolve issues or problems in a professional and accurate manner. Allocate rooms of expected arrivals after checking guest preference. Work the desk to ensure professional and friendly check‑ins and check‑outs. Act as a link between guests and hotel management. Implement procedures to improve service and attract new customers. Job Requirements Keen eye for detail, time‑management and great customer‑service skills. Supervising experience preferred but not necessary. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high‑performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina.
