We focus primary on end-to-end CRM solutions and data-driven marketing strategies and have quickly built a roster of industry-leading clients within CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality.We are seeking a qualified individual interested in becoming a contributing member of our growing team.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:Candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, the ability to work effectively with strategy, creative and execution teams, use independent judgement in completing activities, operate under general supervision and have an exemplary attention to detail.Support overall project management team in planning and executing campaignsCreate and manage project timelines for email campaignsKeep team members informed of tasks and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on timeResolve project issues and escalate as necessaryServe as primary point of contact for development team, preparing input documents and answering questions as they arisePerform quality control on email projects to ensure they deliver on expectationsPartner with ops and tech team to develop estimates for ad hoc projectsIdentify opportunities for future optimization and lead associated implementation effortsNecessary Skills:Attention to detail and good organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures and meet deadlinesExperience with the Microsoft 365 SuiteWillingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilitiesRegular, predictable attendanceAbility to work both independently and cooperatively with broader teamBonus Points:Experience with Asana project management softwareExperience with Email Service Provider (ESP) toolsWorking knowledge of HTML and CSSPREFERRED EDUCATION:Bachelor's with focus on marketing / communication / analytical skillsInterested applicants should submit a resume and cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io
