This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws, while helping drive overall property performance.What You’ll DoOperations & Financial SupportPartner with the General Manager to maximize revenue and manage expenses within budgetEnsure accuracy of financial data, reporting, and revenue-related analyticsOversee rent collection processes and coordinate with collection agencies as neededEnsure all billing and revenue entries are accurate within property management systemsResident Experience & ServiceRespond to resident service requests and ensure timely resolution with maintenance teamMaintain high levels of resident satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-upSupport resolution of resident concerns and ensure proper documentation and follow-throughLeasing & Property OversightAssist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease executionInspect units, common areas, and property conditions to ensure standards are maintainedSupport unit turns and readiness for scheduled move-insTeam & Operational ExecutionPartner with the General Manager to implement and maintain operational standardsAssist in training and developing on-site team membersSupport scheduling and coordination of team activities and responsibilitiesEnsure adherence to safety policies, inspections, and key control proceduresCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal housing and employment lawsSupport eviction processes in coordination with legal counsel when requiredCompile and analyze data for reporting and operational insightsStay informed on industry trends and local market conditionsResident EngagementSupport planning and execution of resident events and programmingPartner with Resident Life teams to enhance community engagementAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned to support community successWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in property managementStrong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentalsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levelsStrong customer service and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systemsDemonstrated leadership and team support capabilitiesAbility to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreeExperience in student housing or multifamily environmentsWork SchedulePrimarily Monday–FridayExtended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on business needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to move throughout the property and conduct inspectionsFrequent use of computer and office equipmentAbility to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formatsOccasionally lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as neededWhy Join B.HOM?Competitive compensation + performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company match12-weeks Paid Parental LeaveCompany Paid Sabbatical Leave12 company-paid holidaysBirthday holidayPaid Time Off — Starting at 120 hours per yearSick and safe timeShort and long-term disability insurancePet insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationA people-first culture focused on development and successB.HOM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
