Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX. This role partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include advising managers on employee relations matters, coaching leaders on performance management, and supporting the resolution of workplace issues in a fair and compliant manner. The HR Business Partner will develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and programs, ensuring they are understood and consistently applied across the organization. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention initiatives; collaborating on training and development programs; analyzing HR metrics to recommend improvements; and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and company standards.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) generalist background, with experience partnering with business leaders in a client-focused or operational environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR Policies and their implementation, with the ability to interpret and communicate policies clearly and consistently.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including coaching managers, handling investigations, and resolving issues in a fair, timely, and compliant manner.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, and the ability to apply legal and regulatory requirements to day-to-day HR decisions.
- Experience in Performance Management, including goal-setting, feedback, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with HR data, metrics, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred.
- Experience in facilities services, janitorial, or similar service-oriented industries
