Hourly Pay: $28 - $32 / hour

High Need for Trach & Vent patients

Shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM

What you'll do

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition
• Administer medications
• Support care plans

Requirements

• Active LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
