Introduction

This role combines Agile team facilitation with strong delivery governance, execution tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The individual will enable Agile teams while also providing structured oversight, reporting, and alignment across broader program objectives within a regulated financial services environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 5 years in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or structured execution roles
• Strong proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe preferred)
• Experience with delivery tracking, reporting, and governance frameworks
• Advanced use of Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools
• SAFe, Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services
• Experience in large-scale financial institutions or highly regulated industries
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Track sprint and program-level progress against defined milestones and deliverables
• Maintain centralized reporting and dashboards (status, risks, dependencies, KPIs, financial tracking)
