Your role in our mission:

• Respond to customer questions by phone and provide accurate, professional assistance.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, update account information, and follow up as needed.
• Escalate more complex questions or issues to the appropriate team members.
• Meet established service levels, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve the customer experience and support efficient call center operations.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or GED required, with 2+ years of customer service, call center, office, clerical, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to follow written policies, procedures, and guidelines accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities without losing focus or quality.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

This is a full-time, onsite position in Montgomery, Alabama. Initial training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. After training, schedules will include rotating shifts, including a 12:00 PM8:00 PM shift and rotating Saturdays and holidays from 9:00 AM5:00 PM. Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation. Candidates must complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process. Schedule rotations are shared across the entire call center team. This position is being posted for pipeline purposes, and we welcome applications on an ongoing basis.

The pay range for this position is $27,200 - $38,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
