Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Key Responsibilities New Process Development for New Products: Evaluate how new products can be adapted to existing production lines, design mass production plans, and test and optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., cost estimation, equipment selection). Technical Process Optimization: Analyze current manufacturing processes, improve process parameters, and enhance efficiency and quality (e.g., by introducing automation or new processing methods). Cross‑functional Coordination and Support: Act as a bridge between the manufacturing team and R&D or sales departments; responsible for technical documentation, customer requirement coordination, and on‑site production issue support. Project Management and Data Analysis: Monitor project progress, manage the Bill of Materials (BOM), and analyze production data to optimize inventory levels and delivery cycles. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and drive continuous improvement. Proficient in CAD tools and process documentation (e.g., PFMEA, control plans).
