Customer Success Account Manager

Seeking a proactive Customer Success Account Manager, this full-time remote position will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful product adoption and delivering exceptional client experiences through tailored strategies and ongoing support. Key responsibilities: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives Drive product adoption by developing and executing success strategies in partnership with clients Analyze client use cases to provide best-practice recommendations for optimizing product usage and return on investment Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Five or more years of relevant professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or similar tools Basic understanding of the real estate industry preferred; direct industry experience is a plus
