Contracts Administrator I

Ensuring timely and accurate contract management, the full-time Contracts Administrator I will draft, review, and execute contracts while performing quality reviews and collaborating with various teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and revision of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services Update and maintain an internal database with legal documents, abstractions, and executive summaries Prepare contract briefs, track authorizations, and maintain organized audit files for each contract Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 0 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines Understanding of how databases capture information and ability to work with large data sets Fluency in English with a high level of attention to detail
