Farmers Insurance is expanding in Maryland, and we are actively recruiting for our new Retail office locations in the area.
This is an opportunity to run and manage a Farmers retail office location.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Office Sales Manager at Farmers Insurance. The Retail Operations Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, managing the team, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided at all times. Residual Income
There are great benefits to becoming a Farmers agency owner including ongoing commission for every active policy. Residual income is income that continues to be generated after the initial sale. Compare this to what most people focus on earning: linear income which is "single pay" compensation. When you build an agency and your number of clients continues to increase so does your residual income. Your income is no longer limited and you get to determine when you want to give yourself a promotion.
