Team Lead

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for overseeing a particular part of the operation and ensuring its success in regards to food safety, food quality, and guest experience. Team Leaders show a great potential for leadership and a desire to learn more about the business of running the restaurant and providing excellent customer service.

Coral Ridge Mall Chick-fil-A is currently seeking candidates for both our Front of House and Back of House Team Lead position offering competitive pay, a healthy workplace culture, and chances for professional development, which include the opportunity to launch a career in CFA or prepare you with the leadership tools you need to pursue your dreams.

**Additionally we are hiring for immediate positions AND positions for the new restaurant in September**

This opportunity can be part or full time, with starting pay up to $18 an hour , and a top end up to $20, depending on experience/first 30 Days, and will require hands-on leadership during shifts. Flexible scheduling, free break meals, and paid training included.

Job includes Sundays off and at least one additional day off each week.
