DOVE Center in St. George, VT is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Resident Advocate to support in-shelter clients and operate the 24-hour crisis line. This full-time role reports to the Shelter Manager and includes intake/exit duties, confidentiality and safety responsibilities, and ongoing advocacy training. Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with bilingual differential, weekend differentials, and comprehensive benefits including 401k match after six months, PTO, holidays, and insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
