What You’ll Own

As the Culinary Manager, you’ll take an active leadership role in the performance of the kitchen and culinary operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily culinary and kitchen operations
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Managing food costs, labor, inventory, and purchasing
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees
• Maintaining proper staffing and scheduling levels
• Upholding food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Supporting catering and specialty food production
• Creating an organized, accountable, and positive kitchen culture
• Protecting the guest experience and overall brand standards
