Base Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Types Commission Executive Search Consultant at The JMJ Phillip Group A prominent commercial landscaping company is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager in the greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnership. Conduct walkthroughs with clients and company representatives. Sell landscape enhancement services to new and existing clients. Prepare reports and summarize data. Candidates Must Have 3+ years of experience in the commercial landscaping industry. Working knowledge of landscape enhancement. Strong customer service and account management skills. Proven ability to succeed in a client-facing role. Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or landscape architecture preferred.
