We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Lactation Consultant to enrich our practice and embrace the opportunity to live and work in paradise. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based, comprehensive breastfeeding education, counseling, and support services for mothers, babies, and families so that they may reach their breastfeeding goals.
• Provide individual and group lactation support to mothers prenatally, during the hospital stay, and in the postpartum period including clinic visits, and via telemedicine
• Develop and teach breastfeeding classes and workshops for healthcare providers, families, and the community
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.

Education Requirements:

• Licensed APRN or PA with experience required
• International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant required
