Position Overview

We invite a compassionate and skilled Ultrasound Technologist to become part of our expanding team of health care professionals delivering remarkable care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of ultrasound examinations, such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout the examination process, providing clear explanations of procedures
• Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, swiftly reporting any malfunctions
• Carefully document imaging procedures and responsibilities within the electronic medical record system
• Maintain awareness of new advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related area
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Needed

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
