Summary:

The Maintenance Specialist will use their knowledge of plumbing, construction and electrical work to maintain a functional building. The specialist will also perform work maintaining, repairing and operating HVAC equipment. This role will be responsible for making adjustments and monitoring control equipment via computer interfaces, placing requisitions, ordering job parts and supplies. This position will inspect and monitor maintenance and repair functions and system equipment operations. This employee will read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams and must have familiarity with building codes.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required, with associate degree, vocational or trade school training preferred. Prior experience of 3 years in commercial/industrial maintenance in specialized trade required. Must be able to read blueprints, schematics and line drawings. Valid PA drivers license. Completion of comprehensive crisis management or obtain within 6 months of hire.

-Experience in HVAC system and DDC/BAS experience preferred.
