A law firm seeks a motivated and highly skilled Patent Attorney to join their team in the Washington, DC Metro Area. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with leading global technology companies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Duties
- Prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals.
- Conduct case discussions with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law.
Requirements
- One to three years of substantial patent prosecution experience as a licensed attorney at a U.S. law firm or in-house.
- Registration to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.
Certifications
Registration to practice before the USPTO.
