HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SANITATION SUPERVISOR IN IRVING, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sanitation Supervisor to join our team in Irving, Texas. This individual will lead sanitation team members and ensure production areas and equipment are properly cleaned, organized, and sanitized to meet food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and experience working with sanitation procedures, chemicals, and food safety requirements. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $25.25/hour 
• Excellent benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Located in Irving, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation staff and maintain clean, organized, and sanitized production areas
• Ensure equipment and facilities meet food safety and quality standards
• Verify and document tasks according to the Master Sanitation Schedule and SOPs
• Monitor and correct sanitation deficiencies and support process improvements
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and safety procedures
• Communicate sanitation standards and expectations to team members
• Participate in daily department meetings and support team performance
• Monitor equipment handling to help reduce damage and repair costs
• Complete and verify required sanitation documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
• Sanitation, food production, or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lead independently and work effectively with a team
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand SOPs, chemical instructions, and cleaning procedures
• Basic math skills, including chemical measurements and percentages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in temperatures of 32–36&degree;F
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime
