Associate Attorney/Lateral Partner

Role Description We are seeking an Associate Attorney/Lateral Partner for a full-time hybrid role based in our New Brunswick, NJ office, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing strategic legal advice to clients in a variety of matters. Collaboration with other attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services is an integral part of this position. Qualifications Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience in case management, client communication, and litigation Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements Expertise in navigating administrative, civil, and criminal legal matters Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a legal team Licensed to practice law in New Jersey, with New York/PA licensure considered a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively J.D. from an accredited law school and a proven track record of professional success #J-18808-Ljbffr Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas
