Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2203.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized telemetry care in a fast-paced, rural medical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with cardiac monitoring and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients' cardiac rhythms, identifying dysrhythmias and responding appropriately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical observations. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their condition and ongoing care. Qualifications: Valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact license. Minimum of 3 years of recent Telemetry and Medical/Surgical experience. Demonstrate proficiency with cardiac dysrhythmia recognition. Previous travel or rural facility experience preferred. Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA.
