SNF Insurance Resolution Case Manager

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Case Manager for SNF & Insurance Coordination in Los Angeles, California. This role is vital for resolving complex insurance coverage issues for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, particularly those facing Medicare-only challenges. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in medical billing or case management and have a solid understanding of Medicare's coverage rules. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential.
