Contract Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter with an established candidate database and ready-to-use professional connections. This is ideal for a recruiter who can hit the ground running and leverage an existing network to identify and deliver qualified candidates for our open positions. Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates using your existing database and professional network. Screen and qualify candidates. Maintain candidate relationships and follow through to placement. Work independently while partnering with our recruiting team. Requirements 2+ years of recruiting experience. Existing candidate database and established professional connections required. Proven ability to identify and place qualified candidates. Strong communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills. Legal recruiting experience preferred. Compensation Commission-based; payment is made after successful placement of a candidate. No hourly or salaried compensation. This is an independent contractor opportunity.
