Charm City Therapy is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 100% on-site position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in staying organized and following through. Our ideal candidate is highly sociable, detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities at once. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, actively seeking out candidates, and building relationships with prospective employees. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and initial outreach through interviews and offers. Recruit qualified professionals for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, Social Workers/Mental Health Professionals, therapy assistants, and related positions. Proactively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, university programs, professional organizations, social media, job fairs, networking, and other creative recruiting strategies. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with appropriate members of the leadership team. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Develop and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective candidates for current and anticipated staffing needs. Build relationships with colleges, universities, graduate programs, professional organizations, and other potential recruiting partners. Identify, research, register for, and attend relevant career fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities. Represent Charm City Therapy professionally and enthusiastically at recruiting events and in interactions with prospective employees. Maintain accurate and detailed recruiting records, candidate information, and hiring documentation. Work closely with management to understand staffing priorities and develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Assist with job postings and ensure postings remain current, accurate, and competitive. Consistently follow up on leads and take ownership of open positions until they are filled. Monitor recruiting results and help identify opportunities to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting healthcare, therapy, behavioral health, education, or related professionals is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and follow-through. Self-motivated and proactive; able to identify what needs to be done without requiring constant direction. Comfortable managing multiple open positions and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong computer skills and ability to learn applicant tracking and recruiting platforms. Ability and willingness to attend recruiting events and career fairs as needed. This is a completely on-site position at Charm City Therapy. This is not a remote or hybrid position. The Recruiter must be comfortable working collaboratively with the management team and being actively engaged in the day-to-day recruiting needs of the organization. Some career fairs, university events, and recruiting activities may occur outside of regular business hours. Beyond recruiting experience, we are looking for the right personality and work style.
